Zivah - the next generation Web based Quality Monitoring and Multimedia Interaction Logger suite” is an enabler in achieving this collaborated working of enterprises. Zivah effectively achieves this objective by fully harnessing the current technologies like Internet, web, and VoIP in its native form. This has become possible as these technologies have become reliable, cost-effective and has been widely implemented by many of the global enterprises.

* Browser based connectivity

Zivah is browser driven and can be accessed from anywhere and at anytime subject to the availability of the connectivity. Zivah has an integrated messenger for secure communication between the users of the product. The access to the messenger is controlled and logged. Zivah provides configurable and context sensitive ticker service for display of running messages to the users.
